A heritage building for one of the most important Wolksvagen dealers in Europe;
a former car painting building changed in a commercial unit in the early 1900 and now renewed into a specialist detailing vehicule unit as The project theme was to refurbish a commercial building into an automotive detailing hub dedicated to the refurbishing of used vehicules.

A huge renovation of the main repair area as for the special floor, the walls, the ventilation-heating-electricals systems to create a clean, comfortable and functional working space;
the completion of the service as installing a car wash unit on the east outside of the building and an implementation of the parking;

The construction activity regarded the building as its structure, the facades and the interior spaces, all the technical plants as the elkctrical, the plumbing, the ventilation, the heating and the climatization.

The main area is dedicated to the vehicules’ refurnishment as for a non-slippery floor, new technical plants ans a complete rstauration of the roof.

The office spaces are located at any floor as for the assistance workshop, the adminsitrative and the metting rooms.

A social receational area on the grounf floor is dedicated to the pantry and to the dining hall.

On all floors there are several facilities for disable, male and female customers and employes..

On the first floor the employes’ changing room are  quiped for male and female customers.

A specific attention has being dedicated to welcome disable customers and employes.

The project followed a huge construction permit process in the full respect of the construction, Health&Safery and working local and regonal valid laws and Regulations.

Specific materials and finishings has been used for the floors, the walls and the ceiling to fully respect a green and environment respect vision  and mind set looking forward the respect of a substainable building and working space.
